service By ordering anysubscription on www.plan-bull.com (including a free trial period), you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Use and authorize plan bull to charge your bank card or PayPal account automatically in accordance with the billing period that Manually selected by you.
Every user can try selected paid plans for 30 days for free. If the trial is not canceled before its expiration date, it automatically converts to a paid plan. There are no refunds, even if the subscription is canceled on the same day the automatic transfer payment was made. Refunds are only available after annual payments are automatically debited (i.e. after trial and after renewal) within 14 calendar days after payment is made. Please note that users who have filed a chargeback/dispute or claim are not eligible for a refund. Basic, Plus, and Premium subscriptions automatically include market data available at no additional charge per user only. A canceled trial and associated services will cease immediately after cancellation, with the exception of any purchased data packages.
The service is billed in advance. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for unused months with an open user account.
All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your plan-bull subscription. An email request or support ticket requesting that you unsubscribe does not constitute a cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section of your profile settings page.
If you cancel the Service before the end of the current paid period, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment is received, your subscription will be discontinued.
We do not offer refunds for initial payments. If you are ordering the service for the first time, please ensure that the order is correct before making the payment.
We do not offer refunds for upgrades to a more expensive plan or longer billing cycle. The remaining days are converted into an equivalent value of days in the new subscription.
We offer refunds for recurring annual and two-year payments upon request. If you are billed to automatically renew your service annually or for two years, you have
12 calendar days (after making
payment) to contact our support team. If you do not, Plan Bull assumes that the service is expected to be renewed and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are only available after annual payments are automatically debited (i.e. after trial and after renewal) within 14 calendar days after payment is made.
Our moderators are official representatives of Plan Bull, and have the authority to warn or ban users (including those with a paid subscription) when they do not adhere to the internal rules. We do not provide refunds if you are blocked from posting content and interacting with others because your paid subscription and all of its data and/or features are still available during any such ban.
16. Reactions to plan bull
